Scout Troop/Cub Pack 14 "Do Your Best!"

The citywide Christmas tree recycling program known as "Mulchfest" will take place locally at both the 3rd Street and Park Circle entrances to Prospect Park. Anyone who is interested in free mulch can bring an empty bag to either location.

Cub Pack/Scout Troop 14 will be participating in Mulchfest '08 this Sunday, January 6th. The boys will be helping with the recycling of Christmas Trees at Prospect Park. The hours are 10am - 2pm. Location is 3rd street at Prospect Park. Please come if you can, and Scouts - wear a uniform shirt if you own one.

Trees can also be dropped off at any Prospect Park entrance, or you can leave your tree at curbside, where crews circulating through the neighborhood will collect them. (The Department of Sanitation will also be collecting trees at curbside through January 16th. ) Don't forget to remove any and all decorations from trees!
